KU Theatre Works for Kansas

We all know that KU Works for Kansas by bringing education and services statewide to improve the lives of Kansans. But did you know that KU Theatre works for Kansas? The Department of Theatre brings high school students from throughout the state for performances in the University Theatre. Through the Jack B. and July L. Wright Student Ticket Fund we provide Kansas students with the opportunity to see live theatre for the first time. Our Interactive Theatre Troupe uses improvisational performance to help our communities address issues of diversity and equity.
